Fort Garry hosted Pembina in the O'Grady Challenge on Sunday, January 26. Although our club put up a valiant effort, Pembina was victorious in the end with a very strong team of veterans. Both clubs enjoyed a great afternoon and evening of comradery and sportsmanship. Special thanks to Lori for spoiling both teams with refreshments and friendly service, as well as Jenn and her crew from Storm Catering who served up tasty appetizers as well as a delicious buffet dinner complete with dessert and coffee. Pembina will now travel to Carman next in an attempt to keep their winning streak intact.
